  • A visibly Jewish student was verbally assaulted in the Law School’s Jerome Green Hall by voicing directly at him “fuck the Jews.” 

  • The incident was reported to Columbia Law School administration. According to Dean Lester, the incident was investigated by Public Safety and identified the suspect, a student from outside the Law School. According to Dean Lester, the incident was referred for disciplinary action in accordance with University policy.  

  • The Jewish Law Student Association (JLSA) emailed members after the incident.  See photo.    

  • Gillian Lester, Law School Dean, emailed the Law School community regarding the incident. See photo.
