Description

This faculty-organized rally happened after two student organizations Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP) and Jewish Voice for Peace (JVP) were suspended. Although it was organized by faculty it was attended by the students from SJP and JVP.

• Faculty held a sign in support of SJP & JVP after they were suspended. And although it was organized by faculty, students from SJP & JVP attended.

• Faculty spoke at rally in support of SJP & JVP.  See video. See Posting. 

• Also, the rally was immediately followed by a large protest outside the main entrance to Columbia campus.
