At 19:11:19 a student submitted a report that Herbert Hugh, Assistant Dean of Student Support, has not been responsive to her after she sought his help with her mental health that has been adversely affected by the campus environment, including students in her major who openly support the Oct 7 attacks and violence against Jews.
