The event “Preventing and Addressing Conflict-Related Sexual Violence” was co-hosted by SIPA's Institute of Global Politics and the Georgetown Institute for Women, Peace and Security brought together “leading experts and activists to discuss the limited progress made in preventing and addressing conflict-related sexual violence.”
Students protested outside of the event (see video) and on Instagram sjp.columbia encouraged others to join (see post).
The event was interrupted multiple times by protesters (see screen recording).
