Important Introduction to This Incident

This incident is like no other. This is a whole new chapter in the level of antisemitism in academia.

At the Documenting Jew Hatred on Campus we have been swamped with the constant barrage of antisemitic events ever since the illegal encampment of students directly endorsed by Hamas (Hamas!) and financed and organized with the help of terrorist-sympathizing organizations took root.

Since then we were unable to document separate incidents of antisemitic behavior, because such behavior has been constant 24/7. There no longer is a need to educate anyone about antisemitism at Columbia. It is open, over the top, obvious, and visible to all who want to see it.

To the best of our abilities we have been recording and organizing the mountain of evidence made available to us. As time and resources allow, we will continue to document specific days and incidents in this document as sub-incidents of this incident.

  • Yoseph Haded is an Israeli-Arab journalist who was invited to speak at Columbia University. On his way, just outside the gates, he was harassed and assaulted. Instead of engaging in dialogue and academic discussion as planned, the speaker was forced to go to the precinct to report the case, canceling the event on campus.

  • As Jewish students gather together to wave Israeli flags and peacefully sing the Israeli national anthem, they are faced by threats and blatant antisemitism on-campus

  • One pro-Hamas protester stands with a sign “Al Qasam’s next targets” with an arrow pointing to the students waving the Israeli flags (picture, video, video). Al Qasam is Hamas’ military brigade that carried out the atrocities on Oct 7th, 2024.
