Catherine Elias / Catherine Curran-Groome - Former of Columbia School of International and Public Relations, Aidan Parisi of Columbia School of Social Work and Brandon Murphy of Columbia School of Social Work are suing @Columbia for their “unjust” suspensions related to their pro-terrorist campus activities. Catherine Elias / Catherine Curran-Groome - Former is serving a two-year suspension, and the other two are serving one-year suspensions.

We highlight some of the blatant lies included in their lawsuit. We hope that Katrina Armstrong, the interim President of Columbia and Columbia’s legal team not only maintain their suspensions, but expel them. These three students are pathological liars. Two of them are studying to be social workers, which we find incredibly alarming, and the third presumably wants to work in foreign relations despite being a national security risk herself. Please note that Catherine Curran-Groome had an alias name Catherine Elias that she used almost exclusively at Columbia. It is almost like she was trying to hide her identity from Google.

Aidan Parisi and Catherine Elias / Catherine Curran-Groome - Former claim that they were attacked by a chemical weapon (skunk spray) in January 2024. It has been well proven that this is false claim. They were sprayed by novelty fart spray. (See image1)

Aidan Parisi and Catherine Elias / Catherine Curran-Groome - Former’s timeline of the organizing of “Resistance 101” [see 2024-03-24 Resistance 101 with Samidoun] does not match our records. Additionally, the Barnard Center for Research on Women (BCRW) is notably absent from the lawsuit, despite being explicitly named on the flier. The lawsuit states that the event was never given approval to be held on campus and was instead given approval to be held off campus on March 20. Our records indicate that this event was advertised as being held on campus at Uris 326 on March 19 and then the location changed to BCRW on March 21. The event was eventually moved last minute to the Q-House, which is a Columbia-owned residential brownstone, on March 24. (See image1, image2, image3, image4).

Here is a very clear photo of Catherine Elias / Catherine Curran-Groome - Former using her laptop to run the Zoom session for “Resistance 101.” Sueda Polat is holding Catherine’s iPhone with the green case. Clearly, Sueda Polat helped organize this event. It is unclear to us why Sueda Polat hasn’t been disciplined for her role here, but she should be. Another student who was involved in the event is Keila Leonard (third photo; female with metal framed glasses and long black hair). Keila Leonard should also have been investigated for her involvement. (See image1, image2, image3).

Catherine Elias / Catherine Curran-Groome - Former claims that her presence at the first encampment is also allegedly stated. Here is a video of her live-streaming her arrest at the first encampment on the account that she oversees on IG (hashtag palestineswg). We have the full livestream saved in our archive. Both Aidan Parisi and Catherine Elias / Catherine Curran-Groome - Former claim that they acted as mediators at the second encampment during the “human chain” incidence. First, the lawsuit claims that the incident was filmed without their consent. There is no right to privacy in public spaces, so no consent is necessary. Second, while you can see Aidan Parisi and Catherine Elias / Catherine Curran-Groome - Former attempt to the de-escalate the incident, they did so by asking the Jews to leave and follow their guidelines. They did not order the human chain to stop. Third and most damaging is that a 58 sec video saved in our archive; this video was filmed following the infamous 5-minute human chain video that went viral. In the shorter video, you can clearly see Catherine Elias / Catherine Curran-Groome - Former join the human chain and essentially force the Jewish students off the lawn. Catherine Elias / Catherine Curran-Groome - Former is the female wearing a green hat and glasses. (See image1, video1, image2, video2)

Doxxing is publishing private information, which no one has done for any of the three students. This is a false claim made by Aidan Parisi as stated in the lawsuit. Aidan Parisi also claims that he was falsely accused of bringing a PFLP member to campus. That’s incorrect. Khaled Barakat was a key speaker at “Resistance 101” event, which Aidan Parisi admittedly organized. Barakat is a designated terrorist by the U.S. federal government (along with other western governments) and is a member of the PFLP. Barakat also openly admitted that he has friends who are members of Hamas, Islamic Jihad and PFLP during the event that Aidan Parisi organized. In addition, Samidoun was a listed organizer of Aidan Parisi’s event, “Resistance 101.” The U.S. government has publicly stated that Samidoun is a sham charity that fundraises for the PFLP. Barkat’s wife Charlotte Kates is the international face of Samidoun and was also a key speaker at Parisi’s event. (See image1, image2, video1)

Catherine Elias / Catherine Curran-Groome - Former , Brandon Murphy and their lawyer James Carlson appeared on Katie Halper’s show. Curran-Groome and Murphy along with Aidan Parisi are suing Columbia University for their “unfair” academic suspensions. Carlson is acting as their lawyer.

All four of them were a part of the violent takeover of Hamilton Hall, which they discuss in this episode and were arrested for their actions. We have included our favorite clip here where Curran-Groome discusses her arrest inside Hamilton Hall, including video footage evidence. Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg, remember when you said you couldn’t find any evidence of their crimes…

None of the four show any remorse for all the damage they caused or their assault on custodians. In fact, it appears like they’d do it all over again if given the chance.

Ironically, their lawsuit claims that Columbia’s sole evidence against the students as related to Hamilton Hall was from police records. Well here is more evidence for the interim president of Columbia University Katrina Armstrong and the university’s lawyers.

The students are also receiving legal help pro bono but are still collecting funds for other legal expenses. Thus far, their fundraiser has generated $0.

In our opinion, the three students and Carlson are using this lawsuit as a way to gain fame, especially in light of their movement becoming increasingly less popular.
