The Columbia Palestine Solidarity Coalition ([CPSC](/doc/e99db11c-09e6-4fa1-9dd0-9d4b5306e6e7)), which is led by Columbia University students, operates an unofficial club and is closely affiliated with CUAD, organized “Mask Monday” in response to the university’s decision to adopt a policy regarding facial masks. The new policy requires individuals to remove their masks and/or present an ID if asked by public safety officer.

The Student Works of Columbia ([SWC](/doc/ff3eaaf5-29a0-4ec9-9f55-9918469677d4)) union for graduate students also collaborated with PSC on this event and helped lead the protest on campus. They also had a table located outside the gates of the 116th street and Broadway entrance.
